The house features eight furnished bedrooms and comfortably accommodates up to 18 guests. With six bathrooms and a convenient downstairs cloakroom, there is plenty of space for everyone to relax in comfort, making it an ideal choice for large families, groups of friends, reunions, or special occasions.
Outside, the swimming pool provides the perfect place to unwind during the warmer months, while the expansive gardens offer a tranquil setting to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening drink beneath the impressive cedar trees. The outdoor seating area is ideal for al fresco dining and spending quality time together, and inside, a pool table adds an extra touch of fun for guests of all ages. A private driveway with ample parking ensures a stress-free arrival for your entire group.
Although surrounded by peaceful countryside, the property is perfectly positioned for exploring the very best of Berkshire. The charming village of Binfield is home to welcoming pubs, cafés, and scenic walking routes, while nearby Bracknell offers excellent shopping, restaurants, and leisure facilities at The Lexicon. The historic town of Windsor, with its world-famous Windsor Castle and beautiful Windsor Great Park, is just a short drive away. Families can enjoy an unforgettable day at LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort, while nature lovers will appreciate the woodland walks and cycling trails of Swinley Forest. We are pleased to welcome well-behaved pets. A charge of £30 per pet applies for your stay, and we kindly ask that pets are not left unattended at the property at any time.

The pool is heated and open from April to September, offering the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the warmer months. Please note that the pool is unavailable outside of these months.

- No parties, events, stag parties or hen parties.
- No visitors unless agreed in advance. Unauthorised visitors will incur additional charges.
- Only registered guests may stay overnight unless prior written approval has been given.
- Please be respectful of our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum.
- No loud music after 11:00 pm.
- No smoking, vaping, candles or open flames inside the property.
- A maximum of two small, well-behaved dogs are welcome by prior agreement.
- A £30 fee per dog, per stay applies and must be paid before arrival.
- Dogs must never be left unattended at the property.
- Dogs must remain on the ground floor only and are not permitted upstairs, in bedrooms or on furniture.
- Dogs must sleep in their own beds.
- Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times when outside, both at the front and rear of the property.
- Please clean up after your dog and dispose of waste in the outside bin provided.
- Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their dogs.
- Please park only inside the gates or courtyard.
- Please do not move any furniture.
- Please do not attach or stick anything to the walls or doors, as this may damage the paintwork.
- Charcoal and firewood for the BBQ are not provided.
- Please clean the BBQ and fire pit after use.
- Please use the bins and recycling provided.
- Additional charges may apply if excessive rubbish is left behind.
- Extra cleaning charges may apply if the property is left in an excessively dirty condition.
- Children must be supervised at all times when using or near the swimming pool.
- Please take care around the pool area, as the decking can be slippery and uneven.
- The swimming pool is only open from April - September and is heated during these months. Outside of these months the pool is not available.
- The gardens, woodland and pathways may be uneven or slippery, particularly in wet weather.
- There is open water within the grounds, so children must be supervised at all times.
- During high winds (30 mph or above), please avoid standing beneath the Atlas Cedar trees as branches may fall.
- The pool, gardens, decking and all outdoor areas are used entirely at guests` own risk. The owner accepts no liability for accidents, injuries or loss of personal belongings.
- Please lock all external doors each night and whenever you leave the property.
- Before departure, please close all windows, switch off the lights.
- Guests are responsible for reporting any damage immediately and for the cost of any damage caused during their stay.
