"The hotel was overpriced. Rooms are OK but bathroom was fairly worn-out. The hotel is located close to the airport so noice from departing planes if part of the package.
Staff are nice but not properly trained. We has problems with our booking upon arrival as they couldn’t find it in their system and subsequently claimed that it had been cancelled."

The room had a nice view over Trabzon and clean, came with a comfortable bed and chairs. The dry cleaning service/the staff letting me leave the luggage after the check-out was a huge plus as I travelled the Black Sea region. The location is just 7 min walk from the dolmus stop or 15 min walk from Trabzon Forum. I definitely stay here again. "
