"when we arrived there was no hot water. They told us it Would be fixed in 2 hours. Next Morning, still no hot water. We complaints at the desk. it will be fixed in 2 hours was the answer. When we came back late at Night, no hot water. In the Morning i complaints again and afsked for a discount. The deskwoman Said that the manager was sleeping and could not be disturbed. I overheard 5 other families who had the same complaints but no offer of a refund."

"What a beautiful hotel. I’ve never been up that far into pineapple grove. The shops and restaurants are fantastic! It’s a short walk to Atlantic Ave. The roof top is amazing just a little slippery. We will defiantly be back!"

"From outside it looks old and little run down, but rooms are really in good condition with good bed, clean and large bathroom. All newly painted. Service very freindly and helpful. Fairly close to beach and Main Street with all the action."
