Luxury on the South Coast
The Seahorse Inn was an absolute delight. The staff were lovely, the room spacious and elegant and the restaurant food was delicious. We were both very happy with our stay and would very happily return in future.

A quiet and comfortable hotel in a brilliant location. The staff were friendly and helpful and effective in solving a problem with noise from the plumbing. The restaurant was excellent with an emphasis on seafood. If you are travelling around the east coast from Melbourne to the Sydney area then the Seahorse Inn is close to half way and a very good choice for somewhere to break the journey.

The propert conditions is ok, however we were given the wrong room, booked for Two King Bed but give us One King and Two Single. Went back to front desk to check, and they didn’t bother to check or at least apologize. Simply said that’s what shows in their system. Also it said to have Wi-fi included, but wi-fi was not provided, they used the excuse saying there’s no tower providing signal, then it shouldn’t have been advertised as with Wi-fi included, we wouldn’t have went with them had we known. And clearly there would have been internet access to the property, as the reception accesses internet for booking and basic operations.

In relation to the free of charge included Wi-Fi service, the booster tower located in town had been moved & has affected The Eden & surrounding areas mobile & Wi-Fi coverage. All guests are notified of this ongoing out of our hands issue by our friendly staff. Our Villas run on a separate system to the hotel Hotel, as our reception run on a separate landline based system.Please be assured that this issue has now been rectified * we hope to see you in the near future. Wir hatten als eine Villa mit 2 Schlafzimmer (etwas anderes war nicht mehr frei). Die Schlafzimmer sind etwas arg klein, auch die Betten könnten etwas breiter sein - ist aber alles kein wirkliches Problem. Die Lage ist herrlich ruhig und direkt vor dem Strand. Weitere Infrastruktur ist nur mit dem Auto erreichbar, also entweder fahren, selbst kochen oder das hoteleigene Restaurant nehmen. Das ist durchaus OK.

Great location, friendly and responsive staff. Cottage has a beautiful fire place which we utilised even with the nice weather. Kitchen didn’t have a few basics such as tea towels, cleaning sponges, or cutting knives. A small bar fridge with next to no freezer space was also challenging. Only a problem if you are planning on cooking most of your meals, which we did for our 2 night stay. But we made do. Otherwise brilliant property, very clean and right on the beach, met our expectations.

The stairs were a problem, but the staff were helpful and carried the cases for us. The view was spectacular.

A very special place to stay. Everything was NEXT level - the amenities, the staff, the location, the fixtures, the food, the decor, the furniture and bedding. Even the complimentary continental breakfast was superb and nothing like your normal motel. We also enjoyed the fine food at the restaurant (I recommend the winter risotto - perfection!). We had the free standing bath and upstairs view of the ocean, which is immediately behind the property, just a stone’s throw away for a pleasant stroll. The opening windows overlooking the ocean allowed us to let in a little of the crisp sea air and listen to the sound of the crashing waves.

I stayed in the Captain’s Cabin which is superbly fitted out. It’s easily the best accommodation in the area.

Unique property on the beach at Nullica Bay near Eden … watching the sunrise over the bay from your room and balcony was beautiful. Staff happy and attentive…. Highly recommended stopover for the Sydney to Melbourne route.
