From the moment you arrive, you will notice the attention to detail throughout the property. The home is newly built, professionally furnished, and carefully prepared to provide a relaxing and memorable stay. Whether you are exploring Mount Rushmore, visiting family stationed at Ellsworth Air Force Base, attending a local event, or simply looking for a peaceful place to unwind, this home provides an excellent base for your Black Hills experience.

The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, dishes, utensils, glasses, and all the essentials needed during your stay. The home is pet-friendly for your family pet under 20 pounds, with prior approval and payment of the applicable pet cleaning fee. We understand that pets are part of the family and want guests to be able to travel comfortably with them. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets, keeping pets off furniture and bedding, and following all house rules. A $50 additional pet cleaning fee applies.

We take pride in providing a clean, comfortable, and professionally maintained home. The property is thoroughly cleaned and prepared before each stay. Fresh linens, towels, basic toiletries, and household essentials are provided to help guests settle in comfortably.

Guests will have access to the entire home, private hot tub, deck, kitchen, laundry room, living areas, bedrooms, and bathrooms. Certain locked storage or owner areas may not be available to guests.

Check-in is designed to be simple and convenient. Detailed arrival instructions will be provided before your stay, including parking information, entry instructions, Wi-Fi details, and important house guidelines. We are always available by phone or message if questions arise, but guests will be given privacy to enjoy the home.

Because this is a quiet residential neighborhood, guests are expected to respect the surrounding homes and community. Parties, events, and large gatherings are not permitted. Only registered guests may stay overnight at the property. Please keep outdoor noise to a minimum during evening and early morning hours.

The private hot tub is available for registered guests to enjoy. Please follow all posted safety instructions. Children must be supervised at all times. Guests should not sit, stand, walk, or place heavy items on the hot tub cover. Damage to the cover may result in a minimum replacement charge of $500.

Before checking out, we ask guests to complete a few simple tasks. Please strip used sheets and pillowcases from the beds and place them with used towels on the laundry room floor. Load and start the dishwasher, remove personal food items, dispose of trash in the designated containers, and leave the home in reasonably tidy condition.

Guests are not expected to perform extensive cleaning. These basic steps simply allow our cleaning team to prepare the property efficiently for the next guests.
