Sauna Haus with Scandinavian design

The Sauna Haus is situated at the back of our 1 acre property. It is perfect for couples wanting to retreat from the world whilst being a short 5 min. drive from Bowral and surrounding attractions including vineyards and golf clubs.

The open plan, light filled, spacious studio apartment has a cosy, comfortable and serene feel with lovely views. A delightful space to relax and unwind with stylish modern decor with simple Scandinavian designs inspired by nature and the climate of the region. We have intentionally made the space ‘tv free’. Free high quality Wifi available.

There is a wood fireplace for winter warmth during April-September. Firewood is supplied.

The main bed in the studio is a Queen bed from Koala and the sofa bed, also from Koala, is a double.

The cottage is well appointed with all necessities.

Fancy a sauna? There is a large bathroom with an infrared sauna. Unlike a traditional sauna, infrared saunas don’t heat the air around you. We welcome well-behaved small to medium dogs (non to low shedding). Extra cleaning costs will be the result of bringing a shedding dog as we want to keep the barn hair free. Please note the property is not fully fenced.

There are 2 kayaks for you to use (free) and we can provide a bespoke picnic hamper so you can enjoy an outdoor feast somewhere in the Southern Highlands.

Let us know if you will need an iron and ironing board. Use of washing machine/dryer can be arranged.
