"Tidewater is a very clean home with lots of space and spaces to accommodate a large group. The house has so many different tables and seating options that you could easily host a large gathering. Very little missing that you could want at a rental house. Plenty of towels, blankets, soap at sinks and showers, etc. that make the home easy to move right into. "The address we were given, 3401, was/is incorrect. We were not given the name of the condo units, and once found, realized there was no signage. "Nice condo and area. The condo was very clean. Pool an easy walk out the front. Beach wasn't crowded at all. Construction was occurring on condo property itself but was not near the condo itself. "We were in Unit 3. 2nd level on the road side. During the day you could hear road noise but who cares when sitting on the beach. Evenings were very quiet. "The location was awesome. Very easy beach access. The accommodations were comfortable but a little dirty. Arms on chairs and sofa looked like previous renters used them as napkins to wipe off their hands. One of our chairs was stained in an embarrassing spot so no one sat on it because it was gross. "I wanted to get as close as I could to Bowman’s Beach and Blind Pass to go shell collecting. For the price this was a gem. I was able to do my daily walks at 5am collecting shells and be back for breakfast/brunch with my husband. Couldn’t walk on the beach to Blind Pass, have to walk on bike trail. "The location was amazing from the moment you walk in the doors and see the view out over the mangrove and water. Watching the birds come and go and Osprey building nests was wonderful as was the sunrise coming in those windows. Walk to the beach is short to see sunsets. Watching the pelicans is always entertaining as is shelling and grabbing food at the mucky duck. Thank you so much for making such a lovely clean place available.Hard to leave."

"Location was great. Over all the place was very nice. Still a lot of work needed from Ian, but that is external property. Inside needs some attention...Carpet curling, wall hooks and no prints - kind of ugly, TV and wifi were at odds. Barely had any access to local news. No national news. Elevator out. TV actually went out in living room. Kept saying channel corrupt and so I’d switch the limited channels available and after 3 minutes it would freeze or cut out with the same message. No dust pan"
