Lakefront 3-bedroom house on Amon Carter Lake in Bowie

NOTE!! This is not a handicapped accessible home-there are steep steps going to the front and out the back doors. Welcome to this boutique lake front home in Bowie where you may see deer, fish and all types of birds. The neighbor cat may wander over to see who’s home also. This peaceful property has 3 bedrooms - downstairs with a queen bed, upstairs with two twin beds and upstairs with a full bed. The downstairs bathroom has a walk-in shower and the upstairs bathroom has a tub/shower combo.
The cozy kitchen opens to the living area and has cooking supplies, coffee maker, and kureg coffee bar. The living room has a sofa bed with memory foam topper. The house uses well water which is salty. So bagged ice and bottled water are provided for drinking and cooking. The backyard looks out to the east for sunrises over the water and early morning fishing. Fishing supplies are provided. A kayak, paddleboard, floats and life jackets are ready to go. A sunfish sailboat is available with a little notice to get rigged for sailing. Enjoy the fire pit to make s’mores or sit out at night and listen for the deer to come. Children and pets are welcome.
