The Accommodation
This beautiful 2-bedroom, 200 m² apartment offers comfort and style right across from the Ixtapa marina. Each bedroom features a full bathroom and walk-in closet; the master bedroom has a king-size bed, a TV, and a view of the terrace, while the second bedroom has a king-size bed and a spacious living area.
Ideal for 4 people, comfortably accommodated in two king-size beds.
The parota wood kitchen is fully equipped with an electric grill, appliances, tableware, and more. The dining area, overlooking the terrace, invites you to enjoy every meal in style.
The spacious terrace offers a direct view of the marina and is equipped with a private plunge pool, two lounge chairs, and two comfortable outdoor seating areas. One section is covered, and the other has a parasol so you can enjoy both the sun and the shade.
Everything in the apartment is electric, including the grill and the water heater.
It also has a half-bath for guests with a sink.
The condominium offers communal pools, beautiful gardens with views of the marina and the ocean, walkways that run along the marina and connect you to the restaurants across the way, an elevator, a children’s play area with ocean views, tennis courts, bike parking, and a shopping cart to help you carry your groceries.
