The villa’s outdoor area is the main highlight, featuring a long private infinity pool with striking burgundy mosaic tiles, red sun loungers, and an open-air sala for relaxing in the shade. From the pool terrace, guests can enjoy the changing colours of the sky throughout the day. While the sun itself is not directly visible from the villa, the soft morning light and sunrise colours can be seen toward the right-hand side of the view, creating a peaceful start to the day.

Inside, the villa offers a bright open-plan living and dining area with high ceilings, wide glass doors, and a seamless connection to the pool terrace. The interior combines warm wood details, comfortable seating, and a fully equipped kitchen, making it ideal for relaxed stays, couples travelling together, or small groups of friends.

Rental Rates Include:
• Unlimited water usage & Electric fair usage 50 units/day (exclude monthly rate)
• Weekly Maid service, with bed linen & pool towels changed on maid service day

• Welcome and information pack with owner’s recommendations
• Complimentary round-trip airport transfers (arrival & departure)

Rental Rates Exclude:
• Electricity excess charge @ 6 THB/unit
• Chef service 1,500 THB/time (guests pay cost of ingredients + 20% of the grocery bill)

Terms & Security Deposit:

⠂A fully refundable cash security deposit of USD 300 / THB 10,000 (or equivalent) is required upon arrival as a standard security measure.
⠂Any minor damages or breakages will be charged at replacement value and must be settled in full before departure. This will be handled by the General Manager if applicable assessments.
