This condo was very clean. Communication with the host was great. We needed additional bedding, and the host provided more very quickly. We also appreciated the quiet neighborhood.

This VRBO is neat and clean, but not exceptional. To improve: beef up the kitchen. There was no blender, so my usual smoothie was a challenge. There were three of us and four plates, bowls, etc. Exactly 4 pods were provided for the dishwasher - one for each day of our stay - so if we had more than one meal in a day, the dishes had to be washed by hand. I was glad for the Dawn detergent, but would also have appreciated a bottle of spray cleaner for the counters and sink after cleanup. The host provided shampoo but no bar soap in either bathroom. We do wash more than our hair. I believe this is a new listing. The host might provide a welcome kit with nearby food recommendations and attractions, etc. I'd also include any info you'd like to pass on about the property and how you'd like your guests to leave it. These are small things, but they go a long way toward making someone feel welcome. I love it when I walk into a place and get the feeling the owner loves the place and isn't just out to make a buck. All in all, we were satisfied and would come back.
