The house lies in a beautiful area of the Tuscany, surrounded by green thick woods of pine trees; near to the most important art city of the region (Florence, Voters, San Gimignano, Pisa, Lucca) and to the Versilia coast. The location and altitude of about 300m on the sea level, guarants a mild and agreeable climate in every season. It lies 1,5 km from the town of Buti, perfect for those who seek quiet and privacy. The house has been restored in the typical style of the area (using the original construction materials: terracotta, wood, stone). It has been completely renovated in the last 3 years and a pool has been added. It will be rented for the first time from the season 2020. The property is sutiable for up 8 persons, there is also 1 baby cot available. In front of the hosue there is a pool of 10 by 4,5 meter. Depth is 1,4 meter and there are romain stairs on one side. Near the pool there is a porch eqiupped with table and chairs. From here you can enjoy the fantastic panoramic views on the landscape and the town of Buti. The ground floor features a well equipped kitchen (dishwasher,fridge with freezer area, 4 ring stove, coffee machine), a dining area with table for 8, living room with 6 sofa seats and table for 6, bathroom with toilet and shower. The fireplace in the dining area can be used, those in the living area not. The bedrooms are all on the first floor and each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with toilet and shower. There are 2 bedrooms with double bed and 2 bedrooms with each two single beds.
In and around Buti there are all the necessary shops and different restaurants/pizzeria/bars. Minimarket and baker are available in the central square (piazza Garibaldi), on monday morning it's also the market place. Supermarket available at 5 kms. Adviced restaurants/pizzeria's: Al vecchio molino, Le mangiatoie da Tormento, Trattoria Pacci, La Grotta, I maggi. Tennis fields available at 7 kms.

Access road:
Please note that the road from Buti to the house is a gravel road of around 1500 meter. So we don't suggest to come with sport cars or caravans. Except Ferrari and other similar sports cars, no problem to ride up with other cars.
