•As you can imagine, with 35+ Acres, we are constantly 'working' and maintaining our property. Don't be alarmed if you have a lawn maintenance crew coming to mow, or grounds crew coming to prepare the grounds for upcoming seasons.
•Please note: There is a separate 4-bedroom home also located on the property. This listing includes exclusive access to the private 1-bedroom cabin and its patio.
The lake may be shared if the main house is booked during your stay. Availability of the main house can change as new reservations are received, so we recommend inquiring at the time of booking if shared lake use is a concern.
• No driving any vehicles off dedicated gravel roads.
•Travelers must be at least 25 years of age or older to book.
•Primary guest on the reservation must stay at the rental property.

•Grocery Store in town of Bourbon, larger store in Sullivan.
