"If you're not a fan of the smell of weed, you'll probably not be too happy here. Everywhere smells like weed. I didn't care that much because I was gone 14 hours a day, but a family with kids might care. The staff is nice. I won't publicly name three outstanding staff, but K and B are just the best people. You know who you are, and thank you for being a bright spot at the end of the end. The air conditioner was broken in my room. To their credit, a maintenance person was up to have a look at it...

"This hotel is undergoing heavy construction. The email they sent after I booked said "light construction" but our hotel didnt have water or cable when we checked in. The receptionist offered a refune since amenities werent available. She said I had to contact expedia first. So my party canceled and got a new hotel. The hotel is now not responding to Expedia. I recommend going somewhere else. "

"There was NO coffeemaker. Cabinets seem to be falling apart. Some of the pillows were ripped. Whatever floor cleaner they used was sticky. Had to pay extra to stream movies from my own device and a service I pay for? The property seemed a little sketchy."

"Our family had an amazing stay at SpringHill Suites in Kansas City. Top notch staff. Hotel was very clean and very close to a lot of nice attractions. Would highly recommend this hotel to others."

"Stay was nice, property was cute and smelled good. The room was spacious and well designed. Beds were comfortable and water pressure in the bathroom was nice. The bathroom could’ve been a bit cleaner though there were hairs and other debris in the shower before we used it and parking was not the best but I would stay at this location again."

"I had no time to use the pool; in any case, the pool is really tiny, no room to swim. The biggest problem was that the shower had no hot water. Something must have been broken there because the faucet did have hot water. Also the water pressure in the shower was so strong that it splashed water everywhere, in the few minutes during which I attempted to get it to produce hot water for me. I ended up mopping the floor to make the bathroom usable at least as a toilet. "

The area did not feel safe 4. Noise isolation was very poor ... could easy hear conversations outside the room, outside the hotel, next room over , etc 5. I'd never stay there again even for $50 6. Just felt like an old construction with a few makeovers. "

"Clean room. Walls are a bit paper thin. You could hear clear conversations of folks out in thr halls. Gym was suffice, a bit stuffy. Location is great to walk to the Plaza restaurants. Highly recommend ARs brunch. Parking felt safe. Staff very hospitable. "

The host of Travelstaycation notified me of a mistake with the address and that the apartment was at a different location than what was on my confirmation. I asked for an updated confirmation multiple times and she kept saying that I would get the corrected address information the day before check-in with instructions.
