The Space:

Surrounded by white-sand beaches, turquoise waters, and a welcoming island atmosphere, this bright and spacious two-bedroom apartment in Bottle Creek offers a comfortable base for a relaxing island stay. Well suited for up to four guests, it’s an ideal choice for couples, friends, or a small family looking to enjoy Turks and Caicos at an easy pace.

The Neighborhood:

The property is located in a tranquil area of Bottle Creek Lagoon and is less than a 5-minute drive to groceries and the beach! The area is an exceptional destination for water sports, fishing, kayaking, paddleboarding, snorkeling, scuba diving, boat tours, and kiteboarding! North Caicos and Middle Caicos offer deserted coastlines, ocean cliffs, and caves waiting to be explored. Having seen very little development, these two islands conspicuously lack the bustle of Providenciales and Grand Turk, and you’ll often have miles of beautiful beach to yourself, not to mention all the fun and adventurous activities! Catch the vibrant and colorful sunsets or go to the Atlantic side for sunrise.



Getting Around:

You cannot drive from the airport, it requires taking a ferry to get to the property.



The property is approximately 4.9 km | 3 mi from North Caicos Airport (NCA).

Guests have free parking for 1 vehicle on the premises in the event you are renting a car, which is highly recommended, especially if you like to get out and explore and want to see more of the gorgeous island.

The Bottle Creek area is just a bit off the beaten path, located near a peaceful national park area. We recommend renting a car on the island.



North Caicos It is located 12 miles northeast of Providenciales and accessible daily by 25-minute boat ride by TCI Ferry service. Currently, the airport in North Caicos is not operational for scheduled flights to the island, therefore just after you have arrived on your international flight, you need to schedule your TCI ferry reservation accordingly. The ferry runs from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm.



Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.



A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.



Turks and Caicos is going through a decrease in the water supply. This means that the water pressure can sometimes be affected when the reservoir levels are low. Water shortages can happen throughout the day.



HOUSE RULES

- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.

- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed inside the home, and the use of any recreational drugs at the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.

- No parties/events are allowed, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise will not be tolerated.

- No loud music after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.

- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.

- No tent or other structures may be set up on the property grounds.

- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.

- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on check-in day or during their stay.

- Please avoid moving furniture.

- Pets are not allowed.
