"Lovely cottage with far more than you need for a comfortable stay. There is a small enclosed back garden which is great for dogs and the table and bench seat is great for us humans. There is a large van parked next door which can make it difficult but not impossible to get in and out of the parking space; just patience and lots of small movements worked.We had a great stay and look forward to a return visit."

"We booked this property as the picture on website looked nice. It said we would share bathroom only with people in our party, this was booked as non-refundable. We only book properties with en-suite usually but as said it would only be shared with our party. Once booking came through I checked the postcode and found that the property was down a private road which you could not view on google maps. "The property is a comfortable size for 4 adults to stay in. It's a great location for walking to Lincoln's main sights. We were able to easily park on the street nearby. There are useful local shops for self-catering or plenty of places to eat out."

"Booked through Expedia, easy booking, good communication. Nice little end terraced property suited us for the night. We was visiting family so only slept in property. Property was tidy, code was given on day, parking space available with permit left on table, beds comfy, powerful shower. Quite area, floorboards are loose which rattles the floor and wardrobes. Don't know about area. No teabags or milk so bring your own. Thank you for the stay much appreciated. "

"The Beach House was a lovely place to stay, it had everything we needed and the grandkids were thrilled to bits by the collection of toys and books. It's very close to a great beach and an easy walk into the centre of Mablethorpe."

"What a super large house with everything we needed for a wide age range of family members. All the bedrooms were ready for us as expected. We were particularly impressed with the kitchen diner facilities which meant that we could cook for a large number easily. Having 2 fridges was really helpful. Loved having use of the BBQ which we used twice and were able to sit outside to eat. Great location and parking out the front was plentiful. We all said we would return. Thanks for having us."

"AMAZING Thank You. Everything you need inside the caravan and outside. Has a lovely balcony to sit outside. Very close to all the funfair, beach, shops and the amusements. Has a little market up the road on a Saturday. Great communication with the owner. Very safe has card for barriers to get in and out the caravan park. Would definately recommend and would definately stay again. Once again Thank you"

"Lovely house, great location, the rooms were huge, plenty of room for 6 adults, 4 kids and 2 dogs. There's lots of things to do and places to visit in the area. We were lucky enough to get wall to wall sunshine, if anything it was too hot at times!"
