Hi Amy! Thank you for leaving us with feedback regarding your stay- as we never hope for a guest to feel stressed with our check-in process. We absolutely want to clarify our process in the hope this was a misunderstanding.We are very transparent that we are a virtual boutique hotel, by our correspondence that we send out at the time of booking, as well as prior to arrival. We are actually available via phone as well- we do have that listed on what you had referenced as your boarding pass! The boarding pass is sent to you the evening prior to arrival, that way if you need sufficient time to complete your guest verification, you have that ability to do so. We do also provide a phone number to all guests just before to 7:00 pm, in terms of who to call if you needed anything past outside of our concierge hours. Although you may have checked in later in the evening, our cleaning staff and management is there daily to assist guests if needed! Appreciate the input and wish you safe travels to your next destination.

Hello John! We are so sorry to hear of the trouble that you had with the virtual aspect of your stay with us. After reviewing our call logs of last evening, we did not receive a phone call from you during your stay. Since our property and yourself had spoken on the phone (post review)- we have come to the conclusion that the number that was called was an old number from previous ownership. Again, we apologize for any confusion and disruption this may have caused! We're working diligently to remove old numbers that may be found online!

We always ask guests if there are any issues- especially in terms of noise to let us know, since we would have most definitely addressed it with the room above.
