ADDITIONAL INFORMATION- This split-level home requires using an exterior staircase to enter and an interior staircase to access either floor- The central heating (old wall heaters) is not available. Feel free to use the mini‑split air conditioners for all heating and cooling — they cover every room. For extreme winter weather, the two wood stoves are available. Firewood is stacked in front of the house, with more in the shed- As we're surrounded by nature, cell phone reception may be spotty depending on your carrier. The home is equipped with high-speed Wi‑Fi to support internet use and Wi‑Fi calling- Your safety matters. This property features 4 exterior security cameras, facing out from the corners of the house toward the driveway, A/C unit, woodshed, and front entry. They do not look into any interior spaces. The cameras record video and sound when activated by motion- The Hales Pond in front of our neighbor’s property is private. However, there are several beautiful public conservation areas nearby.
