"It's a great hotel, we had the senior apartment and was so lovely to stay in, with terrace. Food wise was good, but vegans/vegetarians need to check that the food has no meat or fish broth in it. Bosnia doesn't really understand non meat eaters yet but I hope that will be catered for better in the future. Good breakfast buffet and will be returning next year."

"Clean inside. Spacious. Customer service responsive but disappointed that it's not allowed to cancel the 3rd day booking despite giving more than 48 hrs notice. WiFi weak in the bedroom. Poor location and suggested for winter stay. Hard to walk to the town centre if poor weather condition. "

"Everything about our stay was beyond our expectations. The view was absolutely stunning, and the swimming pool was both clean and relaxing – perfect for a peaceful getaway. The staff were kind and helpful, always ready with a smile and eager to assist with anything we needed. We genuinely felt that we got great value for money, and we would absolutely love to come back in the future. Highly recommended!"

"Super Hotel on a splendid lokation! But be aware, this is a non alcohol-hotel....wich puts its marks on the afterski atmospheare and in the restaurants!! But there is a nice bar, BB Bar, just opposite the reception....and a wellsupplied "Supermarket"! Go for the a la carte restaurant in the evening in stead of the halfborad buffet....almost same price....but again no alcohol!! A bit noisy between rooms and floors! "

"Dejligt femstjernet ophold på et skiresort om sommeren. Hotellet var fint og rent - kan især anbefale spaen hvor vi begge fik behandlinger til overkommelig pris. Maden var ikke gourmet og hotellet halvtomt på grund af at det var uden for sæson. Vær opmærksom på hvis du ikke kommer i bil og kommer uden for sæson er det meget meget dyrt at tage en taxa (75 euro) og der går intet offentlig transport."

"Friendly staff; but with that said the toilet was so bad and the seat was broken. The breakfast was horrible! Simply a nightmare.. SO sad that I woke up that early to eat that.. and there was pork? Why on earth does a muslim country have pork in their breakfast? Anyway. The room and bed was overall good and that's the only thing, but that's too expensive just for a fine room. 40euro max should be paid for one night here. I can't recommend it because of their price. Ain't worth it."

"The location was decent, but the hotel's food prices needed to be lowered for this destination. Just a 5-minute walk to Ilidza Center, you could find similar food for a fraction of the price. I was surprised to discover that the hotel room lacked an iron, which was inconvenient as I needed to press my shirt. In all my travels across continents, it was the first time I encountered a hotel of this caliber without an iron. I had to pay an additional fee to pre-book ironing services, which was...
