Welcome to LeStanzeDellaCastellana, an authentic 17th-century historic residence in the heart of the old town of Bosa, one of the most charming villages in Sardinia.

Born from our love for the history, culture and traditions of Bosa, our home preserves the charm and atmosphere of the past while offering modern comforts and carefully curated spaces designed to make your stay pleasant and relaxing.

The house features two spacious double bedrooms, each individually furnished and characterized by unique details, a welcoming relaxation area with a sofa and armchair, and a modern, fully equipped bathroom enhanced by a distinctive floral decoration.

All rooms are equipped with Wi-Fi, heating and air conditioning, and TV. The master bedroom also features a mini-fridge and kettle, perfect for enjoying a coffee or tea break in complete comfort.

One of the greatest advantages of LeStanzeDellaCastellana is its location: you are right in the heart of the historic centre, with everything you may need during your holiday practically just steps from your door.

Right on either side of the building you will find a bistrot and a burger restaurant, ideal for dinner or a casual meal without having to drive or leave the historic centre.

Directly opposite the house there is also a bar, perfect for breakfast, a coffee or a relaxing break during your walks around Bosa.

The Cathedral is just 30 metres away, while the nearby Church of the Rosary and other historic and cultural landmarks can easily be reached on foot, allowing you to discover the history and character of the village.

The location is also particularly convenient for everyday needs. Within walking distance you will find a travel agency, hairdresser, barber, butcher, bakery, pastry shop, confectionery shop and ice-cream parlour.

Everything you may need during your stay is conveniently accessible on foot.

Please note that, due to the historic nature of the building, there is no lift. The apartment is accessed by approximately 55 steps. We therefore recommend that guests with mobility difficulties or particularly heavy luggage take this into consideration before booking.

The historic centre is also subject to a Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL). It is possible to stop directly in front of the property until 11:00 a.m.

To make your arrival as easy as possible, we provide our guests with detailed information about the roads and areas where they can park for free or without risking fines, located approximately 300 metres from the property.
