"Perfect for a quiet getaway. Property is huge so youre never really troubled by crowds or noise. Plenty of pools, beaches and open spaces for privacy. Sunsets are gorgeous. Staff are ever helpful. On site dining options are limited - can be a bit of a bother if you dont drive. "

"Fantastic view!!! Never seen anything like the view. Mount Kinabalu can be seen from the room and it's beautiful. Room was fine as well - nothing fancy. Remember!!!! It is difficult to get and get away from there by public transport and taxies don't come there. It is really remote. Their shuttle service is good though(but expensive) For the tech people: wifi there sucks.."

"The location is GREAT! Cool to be among the jungle animals and at the wonderful beach. BUT! this 5 star hotel doesnt manage to get the basics straight. Dirty bathroom, mosquito nets broken, rusty things in the bathroom, food at dinner bad & cold and very expensive for Asian food and especially of that quality!, no toilet paper holder in the toilets, no light in the public toilets etc. They want to unfold your napkin at dinner, but the napkin ends up having been used before, is not ironed......

"Perfect stay in Mt Kinabalu. The house we stayed is cosy and very convenient for visiting the Mt Kinabalu Park as it’s situated inside the park. There is heater in the house which makes is super great in the rainy cold days in the mountain. Facilities are great. There is movie channel for visitors to enjoy !"
