"Fantastic 5 star hotel with excellent service. Stayed in oceanwing and it was perfect. Rooms are big and well equipped. Pool is lovely and not crowded. Beach is beautiful. Breakfast is the best. A fantastic hotel to chill in. Far from KK though!"

"We first stayd 5 nights in pullmann hotel, and then 4 nights in waterfront. Waterfront had a much nicer feeling, the breakfast was much better, the pool 100% better with a nicer feeling, and rooms was nicer. You get alot more for your money other places in Malaysia, but we had i nice stay. "

"A very Nice hotel with very helpful staff. The location is close to airport but far from good restaurants and sights ( Main Bazar etc). The problem is NOT big since taxies and GRAB cars are VERY cheap.The mall connected to hotel is boring, and doesn’t have a decent foodcourt. Breakfast at hotel has a wide varity of asian and westernlike food, fresh frutes and eggs of your choice - go for the asian food it’s much Better. The swimmingpool lack satandarf "

"Beautiful and luxurious resort, with a great location only a few minutes from the city center by car. Very friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast buffet and clean and comfortable rooms. "

"Pool is fantastic and service is great, but the drinks have no sugar and the alcohol seem to be wrong in taste, really bad. Rooms are good, clean and new. There is sadly no beach in front of the hotel, but you can walk to a "worn out" beachfront in 10 minutes, trashed by flooding, where swimming is not allowed due to currents! Take a daytrip south to get to nicer beaches."

"The Riverside Majestic is two hotels in one. The old hotel and the new separate Astana Tower - next to the old tower. We stayed in the new wing. It’s a solid 4* product - opened in 2018. Our room on the 12th floor was nice enough, although a bit dark here during the cloudy monsoon January season. Spacious, clean, nice king bed - decent bath room. Cleaning was exellent - very nice cleaning staff. Breakfast was typical Asian/Western - and absolutely fine. Wifi worked very well. Exellent Sarawak...
