The hotel is beautifully located within the forest, and its gardens are truly a highlight — serene, lush, and perfect for relaxation. The deluxe room we stayed in was spacious, well-furnished, and came with a balcony offering a breathtaking view of the mountains, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
Breakfast was another strong point, with a wide variety of cuisines available, ensuring there was something for everyone.
Unfortunately, the service was a major disappointment. The poor English skills of most staff led to repeated mistakes. We had requested a room with a bathtub or jacuzzi long before our arrival, but instead we were given a room without. On two occasions, we were served the wrong dish, which was frustrating. If you don’t speak Russian, I recommend showing photos when ordering food to avoid similar issues.
What made things worse was the attitude at the reception. The shift leader came across as unfriendly and, frankly, seemed to treat us differently in a way that felt discriminatory. This left us with a negative impression despite the hotel’s wonderful setting.
With better staff training — in both language and basic hospitality etiquette — this hotel could truly reach the level its location and facilities deserve.
