Located in Mérignac, this 200 m² holiday home welcomes up to 16 guests in 6 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. You have a well-equipped private kitchen, Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, and a baby cot. The property offers step-free access and an interior without stairs for easy mobility.



Enjoy your private garden with both covered and open terraces, perfect for outdoor dining with your own barbecue. The private outdoor pool is 12 x 5 meters, flat-bottomed at 1.40 m deep, secured, and open from April to November. An outdoor shower completes the pool area. The large 100 m² terrace in exotic wood includes garden furniture, a large bamboo outdoor bar, a shaded picnic area for 14 to 16 people, 3 lounge areas, a gazebo, and thatched huts.



You have access to 6 shared parking spaces and a shared ping-pong table for your leisure. Pets are allowed, but cats live on the property. Events are not permitted.



The rustic, Indonesian-inspired décor creates an authentic, family-friendly atmosphere. In summer, 2 extra bedrooms in separate chalets increase capacity from 12 people (November to April) to 15 people. You are close to golf, horse riding, go-karting, beaches, surfing, sailing, jet skiing, kitesurfing, rowing, windsurfing, bowling, restaurants, bars, nightclubs, and vineyards.



Bed linen is available on request for an extra charge. Please inform us of your bed linen needs at least 48 hours before arrival. The property must be left as clean and tidy as on arrival, otherwise fees may apply. A security deposit is required upon arrival.
