The accommodation comprises

- A dining area for enjoying a meal together
- A fully-equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 3: queen-size bed (160×200)
- A study with a double sofa bed
- Bathroom with shower and bath, double washbasin unit
- A separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, plancha, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A 9 m² round above-ground swimming pool (private, unheated), open from May to September. Opening dates non-contractual. Exceptionally, the pool is unavailable until July 13.
- A lovely 1,600 m² garden
- A 100 m² wooden terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather

The house is ideally located in Saint-Jean-d'Illac, in a quiet housing estate with around ten houses, away from the town, on the edge of a pine forest. Local shops are 5 minutes away and supermarkets 10 minutes. Hypermarkets are 20 minutes away.
