This fully air-conditioned apartment is located on the 3rd floor without an elevator (steep stairs -see last photos). With its glass roof, it lets in plenty of natural light. It comprises :
- a fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the living room;
- bedroom with double bed
- a functional shower room;

You will particularly appreciate its calm and brightness.

Everything you need for a great stay is at your disposal, including: Wifi, Nespresso Coffee Machine, Dishwasher, Microwave, Refrigerator, Hairdryer, Washing Machine, oven, etc. Please note that linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.

This district has two sides, that of a rich cultural heritage accompanied by a family and peaceful atmosphere, and that of an administrative, commercial and tourist heart as well as more lively areas where many bars or restaurants are concentrated. The pedestrian streets are very pleasant and the tram allows to move quickly within the city.
