"The house is very nice and roomy. There is a lot of exploring on the property for the children. The only issue is that the master bedroom is on the opposite side of the house and if we turned the heater on the other two bedrooms would get too warm and they couldn’t sleep so we got a bit cold at night. We just wore extra clothing. The hot air balloons land right behind the house and that was very cool! We would definitely come back! Beautiful scenery too!"

"Brian was an awesome host. Communication before and during our stay was prompt. The property looks exactly like the pictures. Really comfortable beds. TV's have all the apps u need and we even downloaded one to the Roku TV. Close to food and grocery stores. BBQ had full propane. . House is stocked with everything you need...shampoo, had soap in every bathroom, trash bags. Highly recommend this property. If you are going for a soccer tournament, it is 10 minutes from the fields."

"Excellent communication and easy check-in and check-out. The bungalow is tasteful decorated and had everything we needed for a short weekend getaway. Location was great with restaurants, coffee shops, and a small market in walking distance. You can even walk to downtown Carlsbad Village from the place. The minor downside is that it is off of Coast Highway which can be busy and loud so it was not so enjoyable for the outdoor space and keeping windows open at night. I would still consider staying...

"We had an amazing stay! The home was cozy, clean, and fully stocked with everything we needed—from kitchen utensils to plenty of towels. We loved the hot tub, fire pit, and especially the game room with a pool table (we even had a little cornhole tournament—who knew our mom was a pro!).The open front yard was perfect for our three dogs to run and play, and the little apartment above the game room provided extra private space for relaxing.
