The Marmotte residence is located in Bonneval sur Arc at a place called "Tralenta", opposite the "Vallonnet" chairlift. SKI-IN et SKI-OUT

The cleaning service includes the rental of bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning. This service is already include in your booking.

Apartment facilities:

This apartment offers a modern and warm decoration and high quality equipment. Facing south, it directly overlooks the arrival of the slopes.

The living room opens onto a large terrace and the sublime surrounding nature, ideal for direct access to the start of the slopes.

This room offers a lounge area, a dining room and a kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary comforts (dishwasher, induction hob, oven, microwave oven, etc.)

NIGHT PART:
You will find in the apartment:

A master suite with a 160x200 bed, shower room and view of the terrace.

A first sleeping area (blind) with double bed (160*200), a bathroom is right next to this sleeping area and serves both the dormitory and this sleeping area.

A second sleeping area (blind) dormitory with bunk beds (sleeps 4 - sleeping upstairs is not suitable for children under 6) and its own bathroom.

Finally, two independent toilets complete this property.

The layout of this apartment makes it ideal for a family or a group of friends (up to 8 people).

You have a ski locker with boot dryer.

For parking, the residence is about 150m from the village covered car park (about 60€/week) and 200m from the free outdoor car park.
