This property is located just a little over 5 miles from Bonita and Barefoot Beach as well as from Docs Beach House.

The Space:
Welcome to the main house of our charming 3-unit compound! This unit offers 2 cozy bedrooms and 1 full bathroom, accommodating your group comfortably. Both bedrooms feature comfortable Queen beds, ensuring a restful night's sleep. One bedroom includes a window and a closet, while the other provides a TV for your entertainment. The bathroom has been recently upgraded with a new single sink vanity and a glass enclosed shower.

The main house features an open kitchen with stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops, creating a modern and functional space for your culinary adventures. Enjoy your meals in the dining area, conveniently located within the kitchen. The abundance of windows throughout the house fills the space with natural light, creating a bright and welcoming ambiance.

For your convenience, a small utility room at the back of the house houses a stackable washer and dryer, allowing you to refresh your beach towels or clothes. This room also provides a space to store sandy shoes and sandals with direct access to the outside. Additionally, you'll find 2 beach chairs available for your use, perfect for your visits to the nearby Bonita and Barefoot Beach, just a little over 5 miles away.

Step outside to the back patio, complete with a set of chairs and a table, where you can relax and soak up the outdoors. From here, you can enjoy views of the grass courtyard and catch a glimpse of the other two rental units in the compound: the attached studio suite and the guest house at the back of the property.

While the main house offers privacy, it shares a small parking lot in the front with the studio suite, as well as a courtyard and BBQ area. A driveway leads back to the guest cottage, ensuring easy access to each unit within the compound.

Each unit in the property has its own door lock and unique code, providing added security and convenience. When you book, you'll have exclusive access to the unit(s) you're renting. Nestled in the heart of downtown Bonita Springs, our property allows you to explore the town's attractions with ease. Bonita Beach, located just a 5-mile drive away, beckons you with its sandy shores and sparkling waters.

To give our guests flexibility and peace of mind, we offer two ways to cover accidental damage during your stay. Choose either a $20 non-refundable damage fee or a $500 refundable hold. This payment is collected after booking and before check-in.

It is best to have a vehicle with you as Naples is a large metro area. This property is about a 30 minute drive to the Fort Myers Int'l Airport.

This is a self check in property with a coded door code that gets changed in between every reservation and your code is only active during your times of your reservation and we can accommodate early and late check outs upon request, if available. You will receive the codes to check in once we have received the full payment and 2 weeks prior to arrival
