Inside, the open studio layout provides everything you need for a relaxing Southwest Florida getaway. The condo features a king bed, comfortable living space, fully equipped kitchen, complimentary Wi-Fi, and everything needed to settle in and enjoy your stay. Linens, bath towels, beach towels, beach chairs, and kitchen essentials are all provided.



The location makes exploring Southwest Florida easy. Restaurants and casual waterfront dining are nearby, with even more shopping, dining, and entertainment throughout Bonita Springs and Naples. Downtown Naples and 5th Avenue South are approximately 25 minutes away, depending on traffic.



For your convenience, the condo offers self check-in. Your personal door code and arrival information will be provided prior to check-in. Building 3 is equipped with an elevator, and complimentary parking is available with the required parking pass.



A starter supply of toiletries, toilet paper, paper towels, and other basic paper products is provided upon arrival. These items are intended as a starter supply and are not replenished during your stay.
