We checked in on Tuesday and were scheduled to check out on Friday morning. Unfortunately, our stay was significantly impacted by repeated water outages.A few hours after check-in, we received a notice that the building would undergo planned water maintenance for few hours on Wednesday. However, to our surprise, we spent the entire Thursday without running water.We contacted VueStay/Gorgeous Condo, the property management company, and were told that a ticket had been opened. Unfortunately, we never received any follow-up, updates, or assistance. With no running water available, we were forced to leave the condo on Thursday and pay for a hotel room so our family could shower and spend the night.What was most disappointing was not only the lack of water, but the complete lack of customer service. There was no apology, no attempt to accommodate us, no compensation, and no concern shown for the inconvenience caused. The only communication we received afterward was a reminder about our Friday checkout.Unexpected maintenance issues can happen, but how guests are treated when problems arise makes all the difference. In this case, the response was unacceptable and demonstrated a complete disregard for guest comfort and satisfaction.
