Coastal Retreat w/ Pool 3 min drive to Beach

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION.
This gorgeous coastal decorated home is less than 2 miles to Bonita beach and within 2-5 miles from multiple other beaches (Barefoot, Little Hickory, Wiggins Pass and Vanderbilt). The home is tucked away in the quietest spot in the community, surrounded by the Audubon Preserve with desirable views of the lake where local wildlife is regularly seen. The home is within 3-5 minutes from Publix (supermarket), restaurants, gas stations, and more.

The home has a massive 1,900 sq ft pool and lanai area with undisturbed views of the lake. Within the screened lanai, guests will enjoy the heated pool, fire table, grill and outdoor TV, with comfortable outdoor seating allowing them to enjoy the endless summer of Florida.

The open style kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to comfortably cook from home. Large patio windows and doors head right out to the lanai for the easy option to eat outside or stay in the spacious dining room.

The beautifully decorated master bedroom with ensuite has large sliding patio doors that open directly to the lanai/pool area. The master has a king size luxurious mattress for a comfortable night sleep.

Guest bedroom 1 also opens up through large slider doors onto the lanai with beautiful views of the lake. This room has a comfortable queen size bed.

Guest Bedroom 2 has two comfortable twin size beds that can be converted to king size bed (upon request).

At our property, you'll find beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach towels readily available. We can also provide a high chair and pack and play upon request. Additionally, we supply ample essentials like paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, dishwasher soap, dish soap, laundry detergent, and more, ensuring a worry-free stay. Rest easy knowing that our home is fully equipped for your relaxation and convenience.

Florida Pool House

This house was well appointed and comfortable, the pool and pool area were wonderful. The house was close to the beach and only a short bike ride away. My family enjoyed our stay and hope to return.

Loved the Lanai

Had a great stay. Crissy was very responsive to a couple of small glitches. Beach equipment was top notch. Lanai was our favorite place to hang out. The TV out on the lanai was a little wonky but eventually figured out how to load our YouTube TV account and then it was fine. Would highly recommend this property!

WOW! What a beautiful place!

Amazing location and property

I spent 7 nights at this property with my husband, two children (6 & 10), and my mother and her husband. We had an absolute blast! Upon arrival the check in was a breeze and the property was spotless. The communication with the property manager was prompt and easy. My family loved the outdoor pool area, and we spent most of our time there. The house itself was very well laid out. Open and spacious. My mother and her husband were on one end of the home and my family was on the other end, giving us space and room to settle in. We had plans to visit other areas of Naples and Fort Myers, however, we ended up staying in Bonita Beach the entire time, enjoying the house and nearby beaches (about a 6 min drive). Bonita Beach was a great area with very little tourists. We landed in Orlando and it was insanely busy and hectic. Bonita Beach was the exact opposite. Cute waterfront restaurants, gorgeous beaches and just all around perfect if you’re looking to relax, swim and eat good food. We can’t wait to back!

Adorable Bonita Beach home

We are frequent visitors to Naples and wold like to say this home was one of our top favorites! Great location to the beach and local stores. The home itself was clean, very well stocked, and super cozy. We loved the extra touches of the beach cruiser bikes, all the wonderful beach chairs/toys and really appreciated the nicely stocked toiletries/paper products. The kitchen had all amenities we needed especially since we prepare most of our meals at home. The pool was clean and the outdoor patio/lanai area provided for some very special family moments. We did not use the hot tub however we did notice some mold issues within the tub itself. We will in the future plan on staying at this cute beach home if it remains available for rental. Gorgeous!

We have been on many vacations and stayed in many rental properties. This one is by far the best we’ve ever stayed in. The house was gorgeous. We spent the entire week relaxing and spending time together in this home that had EVERYTHING we needed. The only thing you need to bring is clothes and food. Seriously, everything else is provided. We will definitely be back!

Nice place, close to the beach, great pool

We were in town for a wedding but wanted to enjoy some time at the beach as well. While not right on the beach, this home is reasonably close - about a 10 minute bike ride. It is spacious and well configured to provide privacy for different parts of our family as well as good central areas to congregate. The pool is delightful, and we enjoyed the firepit and spa as well. The kitchen is well equipped, the beds were very comfortable, and the house is nicely furnished. I would highly recommend this unit unless you have a need to be within walking distance of the beach.

The BEST!

We had an amazing time on our family vacation. The house was superb, all the way down to the decor and bathroom trinkets. The kitchen had all the necessities, which is so appreciated; it makes all the difference that you don’t have to buy plastic baggies, salt, pepper, oil ect. We enjoyed our time in the pool and hot tub and ended each evening by the outdoor fire and tv! The house was super close to the beach and having beach supplies readily available was much appreciated. Location was ideal, quiet and could not have been better. We would move in in a heartbeat!

Wonderful week in the Naples sunshine

Crissy was able to accommodate our family last minute after a sudden change in plans. The house was very well equipped- more so than many other properties we have visited. It was clean upon arrival. The kids loved the warm pool and pool toys. They played with the alligator for hours on end. Crissy was helpful and responsive. We did not have any issues during our stay. Barefoot beach is beautiful, and I would advise going early for parking on a weekend. We loved hanging out at Doc’s. Just to know, the guest bedrooms are on the very small side. The master was lovely. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Wonderful family vacation home!!

The house was beautiful and clean upon arrival! My teenage kids loved the pool and hot tub and wanted to spend the majority of time there. We had all the kitchen supplies we needed and loved the additional beach items! Chrissy was a great host and was quick to respond to any problems or needs. Highly recommend renting this house!

Lovely home and excellent customer service

We loved our stay here in Bonita Springs. It was so close to the beach, nice restaurants and only 15 minutes from DT Naples where we meet up with friends. Everything you need from groceries to CVS to wine store is within 5 minutes. I have rented Vrbos all over the country and have to say the customer service here was the best. The property manager was excellent and very responsive to our every need. The house was clean, well stocked and had a very relaxing vibe. Thanks for a great stay! We will be back!

Close to Bonita/Vanderbilt beaches

Great location near Bonita Beach and Vanderbilt Beach. The house was clean, updated, comfortable and spacious. We loved the screened lanai with pool and hot tub. We rented bikes and used the bike path along Vanderbilt Beach Road every day. The host was very helpful with recommendations for bike rentals, etc.
