Vacation Home No. 62b in the vacation village can accommodate up to 5 people.<br><br>The modern and attractively furnished vacation home No. 62b offers approximately 54 m² of space to relax. It features a living room with a kitchenette, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with a shower, 1 guest restroom, and a south/west-facing terrace.<br><br>The living area invites you to relax with a cozy corner sofa that can be converted into a sleeping area (sleeping surface 125 x 200 cm). The large dining table offers plenty of space for social gatherings. The living room is equipped with a TV and a small stereo system with a CD player. The beautiful south-facing terrace features comfortable garden chairs with cushions. A garden table and chairs are also available for our younger guests.<br><br>The comfortable kitchenette, featuring a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator with freezer compartment, is integrated into the living/dining area on the first floor. A coffee maker, electric kettle, blender, toaster, and plenty of dishes are provided.<br><br>In the bedrooms, you’ll find either two single beds (90 x 200 cm) or one large double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm) with adjustable slatted frames. A spacious closet and two dressers offer plenty of space for your vacation wardrobe. A high chair is provided.<br><br>The vacation home features both a bathroom with a shower and a guest restroom. A washing machine is available for doing laundry as needed. Extras such as a high chair, an iron with an ironing board, a microwave, and child safety covers for the outlets are also provided. Wi-Fi (subject to availability) is available free of charge.<br><br>Curtains on the windows provide privacy and sun protection, and some windows as well as the patio door are equipped with insect screens. The floors are covered with laminate and tile. Pets are not allowed in this non-smoking home.<br><br>The Urlauberdorf vacation complex is quietly located on the outskirts of Boltenhagen. Shopping options are only about 200 m away. A parking space is available near the house. The Urlauberdorf features a large children’s playground with a wooden climbing frame, sandbox, ping-pong table, soccer field, and benches for adults. Bed linens and towels are not included. You can rent them from us for a fee (not made up).<br><br><br>Facility:<br><br> The vacation village offers you a quiet and relaxing stay and is centrally located on the outskirts of Boltenhagen. The distance to the beach is about 350 meters.<br><br>Children are warmly welcome at the vacation village. The complex features a spacious, green playground where your children can dig in the sandbox, climb the playhouse, and play on the seesaw and swings. There’s plenty of space for various ball games, and a ping-pong table rounds out the amenities.<br><br>Pets are allowed in many of the homes. Some homes offer free Wi-Fi. Each home has a free parking space for a car in the immediate vicinity (width: 1.90 m).<br><br>Vacation Homes in the Vacation Village:<br><br>Built in 1997, the vacation village offers spacious accommodations for four to six people in 142 individually furnished townhouses and semi-detached homes. The townhouses span two levels and typically feature three rooms (a living room and two bedrooms). Some homes have a second bathroom or a guest restroom. In nearly all homes, a wood-burning stove creates a cozy atmosphere, especially in the fall and winter. The terraces are perfect for sunbathing and enjoying meals together.<br><br>The townhouses and semi-detached homes are accessible only via the boardwalk paths. Generous lawns between the homes create an ideal natural setting.<br><br>Some homes have sheds or storage areas available for your bicycles.
