Vacation Apartment 42 in the Residenz Seestern complex is a 2-room apartment that sleeps up to 3 people.

This modernly furnished vacation apartment on the 2nd floor offers 45 m² of living space, including a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom, a recently renovated shower room, and a south-facing balcony. The beach is only about 100 m away.

In the living area, which has hardwood floors, you’ll find a high-quality fold-out bed. On rainy days, a DVD player, a flat-screen TV, and a stereo system provide entertainment.

The double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm) in this vacation rental’s bedroom offers comfortable sleep. In addition to high-quality, modern furnishings, a second flat-screen TV is also available here. The bedroom floor is covered with designer flooring. The windows are fitted with blackout curtains.

The kitchenette, integrated into the living room, includes a dishwasher, a stove with a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, an oven, and a microwave. The bathroom with shower and toilet is equipped with a hair dryer and a cosmetic mirror. The floor and walls are tiled in a modern style.

The Residenz Seestern vacation complex is located in the center of Boltenhagen. You can enjoy relaxation and wellness amenities in the complex’s wellness area, which includes free use of the swimming pool (the wellness area at Residenz Seestern will be closed from January 6, 2025, to January 26, 2025, for maintenance and deep cleaning). In the sauna area, you can spend relaxing hours in the sauna facilities (for a small fee). Popular restaurants await you on the first floor of Residenz Seestern.

The complex features an elevator and an underground parking garage (entrance height: 1.95 m). A bicycle storage room provides space for bicycles. Coin-operated washers and dryers are available. Wi-Fi (subject to availability) and Sky are available free of charge.

The apartment is a non-smoking apartment. Pets are not allowed. The apartment is suitable for people with allergies.

Vacation apartments in the Residenz Seestern complex


The Residenz Seestern complex consists of four buildings connected by the underground garage.
You can reach your vacation rental by elevator (dimensions: 0.70 m x 1 m) from the underground parking garage or via three steps from the building entrance. Of course, every vacation rental at Residenz Seestern features a terrace or balcony.
When the weather is nice, younger guests can have fun on the playground, which features a slide, sandbox, climbing frame, and nest swing.

As a special highlight, the Seestern Residence in Building 1 offers a wellness area where you can use the swimming pool free of charge year-round or (for a fee) enjoy the sauna in a well-maintained setting (the Seestern Residence wellness area will be closed from 05.01.2026 to 25.01.2026 for maintenance work and deep cleaning). You can access the wellness area via the underground parking garage.

Next to the underground parking garage, you’ll find a laundry room with coin-operated washers and dryers.
Storage rooms and niches in the underground parking garage are available for the bicycles you bring with you.
