Vacation Apartment 04-6 in the Papillon vacation complex is a 4-room apartment that sleeps up to 6 people.

Your lovingly furnished 4-room vacation apartment with a south-west-facing balcony is located on the 1st floor and has its own entrance via an outdoor staircase. The apartment, with approximately 68 m² of living space, spans two floors and features a living and dining area, a built-in kitchenette, three bedrooms, and a bathroom with a shower. The distance to the beach from the Papillon vacation complex is about 250 m.

From the living area, you have access to the furnished balcony. Your bright living room is furnished with a cozy sofa bed and a dining area for six people. For entertainment, there is a flat-screen TV and a stereo system. An interior staircase leads to the attic, which has two bedrooms. The entire living and sleeping area has laminate flooring.

The fully equipped kitchenette includes a dishwasher, a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, an oven, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. A high chair is available for young guests.

In the bedroom on the first floor, you’ll find two single beds (90 x 200 cm) and a closet. Both bedrooms in the attic are furnished with one double bed each (2 x 90 x 200 cm and 2 x 80 x 200 cm) and a wardrobe. The windows are equipped with roller shades and, in some cases, exterior blinds for privacy.

The tiled shower room with two sinks includes a separate toilet. Bicycles can be securely stored in the building’s bicycle storage room. A maximum of two pets are allowed in this non-smoking apartment.

In Building 4, free Wi-Fi (subject to availability) is available to our guests. Coin-operated washers and dryers are available in the building’s basement. Outdoor parking spaces are located in the immediate vicinity of the building. The complex includes a small playground.

Booking Information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Bed linens and towels are not included. You can rent them from us for a fee (unmade). One parking space is available for this vacation rental. Additional vehicles can be parked in the public, paid parking lots in town.

The Papillon vacation village, located in a quiet yet central spot on the outskirts of Boltenhagen, invites you to enjoy a cozy vacation. The beach is about 250 m away.

Children are warmly welcome in this park-like complex. Your little ones will enjoy digging in the sandbox, swinging high into the air, or bouncing on the seesaw with (new) playmates.

Dogs are allowed in some apartments. Most of the apartments are equipped with Wi-Fi. For each house, there is a free parking space for your car right next to the house.

Eighteen houses, each with 8 apartments, await you at the Papillon vacation complex. On the first floor are 2-room apartments with terraces. An outdoor staircase leads to the first floor, where you’ll find the 4-room apartments, which span two floors. Of course, each of these apartments has a balcony.
Each apartment has its own exterior entrance. Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are available in all buildings. Some apartments offer a bicycle parking space or a bicycle storage room.
