Cocoonr offers this charming 120 m² chalet in Bolquère to rent for up to 8 people.

It comprises an attractive 40 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a garden of around 400 m². Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises

Ground floor:
- A 40 m² living room with TV, corner bench and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160x200)
- Bathroom (with bath and WC)

Lower level:
- Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160x200)
- Bedroom 3: one queen-size bed (160x200)
- Bedroom 4: two single beds
- Shower room
- Separate WC
- Laundry room with washing machine and technical area for storing winter sports equipment and bicycles.

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, cot, plancha.

Outside:
- A lovely 400 m² private, unenclosed garden
- A south-facing terrace of around 17 m², with furniture to enjoy the fine weather

The house is ideally located in Bolquère, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

- Relaxation at the Étang du Ticou, around 500 m away
- Hiking, Nordic skiing, snowshoeing and mountain biking at Domaine Les Estanyols
- Downhill skiing, snowboarding and other winter sports (Bolquère Pyrénées 2000 or Font-Romeu Pyrénées 2000 resorts)
- Visit the village centre of Bolquère
- Panoramic routes in the mountains on the Little Yellow Train

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the chalet's private car park (3 vehicles).

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Font-Romeu-Odeillo-Via, about 8 km away
- Nearest airport: Perpignan Rivesaltes Méditerranée, around 90 km away
- Free shuttle bus to the ski resort, 500 metres away.

To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership by the Cocoonr team (ad management and reservations service) and Conciergerie Hébrard (concierge / housekeeping service).
