Chalet Bolquera - Four Bedroom House, Sleeps 8

Located in a typical village in Cerdagne, offering magnificent mountain views, this chalet offers cozy accommodation with balconies, a 200 m² garden, and private parking. In the heart of the Catalan Pyrenees Natural Park, it is 6 km from the Font Romeu ski resort and its golf course, 3.7 km from the Bolquere Pyrénées 2000 resort, and 14 km from the Les Angles resort.
The 100 m² accommodation can sleep up to 8 guests and includes a 40 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, four bedrooms, a bathroom, and a shower room. Wi-Fi (fiber optic), sheets, and towels are available at an extra cost. We look forward to welcoming you!

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
On the ground floor:
- Garage and laundry room.
On the first floor:
- A 40 m² living room with TV, sofa, armchairs, and dining area (seating 8) with a pellet stove (pellets provided)
- An open-plan kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, raclette machine, Dolce Gusto pod coffee machine.
On the second floor:
- Bedroom 1: one double bed (140×190).
- Bedroom 2: one queen-size bed (160×200), one TV
- One bathroom with shower.
- Separate toilet.
On the 3rd floor:
- Bedroom 3: master suite with one queen-size bed (160×200) and an open bathroom with bathtub and toilet.
- Bedroom 4: two single beds.

Outside:
- A beautiful south-facing private garden of approximately 200 m²
- Two balconies, one on the 1st floor and the second on the 2nd floor, with furniture to enjoy sunny days.

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, iron and ironing board.

The chalet is ideally located in Bolquère, in a very pleasant environment in a neighborhood in the heart of the village. You will be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more.
You will be 3.5 km from the Pyrénées 2000 and Font Romeu resorts. Bolquère Pyrénées 2000 is one of the largest ski areas in the Pyrénées-Orientales. You will have access to all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more.

You will also be 1.5 hours from Perpignan and Barcelona, close to the Spanish enclave of Llivia and the town of Puigcerda.
The nearest airport, Andorra Seu d'Urgell, is 73 km away.

- Tourist attractions: Villefranche de Conflent (medieval fortified town), Llivia (Spanish enclave in France), the Yellow Train of Cerdagne (transport for exploring the landscapes of the Cerdan high plateau)...

- Cultural visits: the hermitage of Font-Romeu (one of the most famous pilgrimage sites in the Pyrenees), the Abbey of Saint-Martin du Canigou...

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the garage (1 vehicle) or in the private outdoor car park (2 vehicles).

Nearest train station: Mont-Louis-La-Cabanasse station, about 8 minutes away by car.

- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost (rental and payment to be made to our local partner).
- The pellet stove is functional, pellets are provided.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean condition and clean the appliances after use.
- Free Wi-Fi available (fiber optic).
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- The stairs are slightly steep.
- Any request to arrive or depart outside the indicated times is subject to availability of the concierge service. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
