Lovely one-bedroom apartment with a small terrace overlooking the rooftops of Bologna, just a few minutes from Piazza Maggiore.This apartment, located on the fourth floor without an elevator, has a private terrace with a small table, ideal for breakfast or an aperitif in the open-air overlooking the typical rooftops of Bologna.The entrance opens onto a large open space living area, furnished with a large sofa bed where guests can watch TV, read or listen to music, and a dining table. From here, there is access to the partially separated kitchen, equipped with every tool for cooking and also complete with an oven and a microwave. Walking further, there is the bedroom with a queen size bed and a large wardrobe with a mirror. The apartment is completed by a modern bathroom with a double walk-in shower.At guests' disposal there are comforts such as free wi-fi, air conditioning and heating.The apartment is located in the ZTL (limited traffic zone) area, therefore we suggest leaving the car in one of the nearby parking and enjoying the old town on foot.*Upon arrival or a few days before arrival it may be required to pay a tourist tax, which varies according to local regulations.
