With excellent access to the city center and all of Bologna’s points of interest, our apartment is the best choice for both business travelers and those looking for a base from which to explore the wonders of Bologna and its province.



It’s conveniently located for reaching the Bologna Fairgrounds and the historic center of Bologna, and just a few minutes by bus from the Bologna Centrale train station.

The space

The apartment is located on the third floor without an elevator. It comfortably accommodates 5 people in 70 square meters of space.



LIVING AREA. Single sofa bed and kitchenette equipped with a moka pot and various kitchen utensils.

BEDROOM 1. Two single beds and a closet.

BEDROOM 2. Two single beds, a closet, and a desk.

BATHROOM. Shower stall, bidet, and hair dryer.

OTHER AMENITIES. Fan, unlimited Wi-Fi, TV, iron and drying rack, washing machine.

The entire house is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay.

7 days before arrival, you will receive instructions on how to register your documents via our Guest Portal.

We need this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the details to the Alloggiati Web police service, which is the Italian procedure for registering guests in Italy.

Turning the air conditioning and heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, and Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The period during which heating is permitted and the daily operating duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Bologna Climate Zone E: 14 hours per day from October 15 to April 15.

The apartment has a self-check-in system, so you can access the apartment on your own using the personal code we’ll provide a few days before your arrival.

Please note that assistance for any issues related to automated check-in is available (remotely):

from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM Monday through Friday

from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM Saturday and Sunday



Note: You must complete the document registration and online check-in process in order to receive instructions and gain access to the apartment.

The S. Donato neighborhood developed between the 1950s and 1970s due to population growth, primarily housing refugees and workers during those years.

In 1978, construction began on the Fiera District, the city’s business center designed by Kenzō Tange as early as the late 1960s. The first towers were inaugurated in 1983, but construction was not completed until 2011. This has given the neighborhood a more modern look, with many amenities.
