Overall, we really liked this location. It was clean, spacious, and perfect for our family to spread out and relax during our stay in Bologna. It was also an ideal location directly across from the train station. The rooms had comfy beds, great lighting, and easy to access elevators.Honestly, my only complaint is that the company that runs the unit was not super helpful in terms of communication. When we first showed up we met with one of the Wonderful Italy representatives that had WhatsApp messaged me 3 times to ask when we were arriving, after we had said we'd be there by 3 pm. Arriving just at 3 pm, we then waited 10 min for him to come down and the cleaners were just finishing up so we wondered what the rush was. Then we had purposely booked this location due to the gardens out back, but when I asked about a way to access them, he said he had no idea--with no offer to find out. Finally, one of the nights that we were there we had a really bad thunderstorm and we lost power for a bit. We had contacted them to say that the power had gone out (and obviously the wifi too). We got back an automated message saying no one could help us till business hours at 9 am. Then when the power eventually came back on the air conditioners no longer worked so we had to go searching around the apartment for the electrical box. Luckily my husband fixed it, but it would have been nice to have someone available to help us or even ask us about it. I think that would be standard
