Spacious apartment with balcony overlooking Canale delle Moline, a few steps away from Piazza Maggiore.



The apartment is on the second floor of a building without an elevator, in a central area of Bologna city. The entrance opens onto a living area which consists of an open-plan kitchen with a peninsula table, fitted with all amenities including a dishwasher, an oven and an espresso coffee machine, and a living room with a double sofa bed and a TV.

The sleeping area comes with a bedroom equipped with a queen-size bed and a bathroom with shower.



*Please be informed that the city center is a limited-traffic zone, therefore we suggest leaving the car in one of the parkings and enjoying the old town on foot.

Bologna is a city of art, culture and trade. The capital of Emilia-Romagna is also known as “Dotta” (erudite), being the oldest university of the West, as “Grassa” (fat) for its gastronomic delights and “Rossa” (red) for the colors characterizing its old town. In the city center there is Piazza Maggiore, where the charm of medieval buildings is perfectly combined with modernity. Not to be missed are the Fountain of Neptune by Giambologna and the Medieval Towers, “Torre degli Asinelli” and “Torre della Garisenda”, part of a rich cultural heritage preserved in several museums, art galleries and religious buildings. It is allowed to leave Bologna only after having tried its gastronomic products, among which mortadella, tortellini, ragù alla bolognese while sipping famous DOC wines from the Bologna hills! Bologna central train station is 1 km from the apartment, while the airport is 25 minutes away by car.
