"I arrived at 10 on the evening and left at 730 the next day. When I arrived it was dark and cold outside. I had needed to call the hotel as I was lost. Beth was really kind and friendly on the phone and got me to the hotel. I entered the building and it was really quirky. I entered from the car park and it was like entering an olde fashioned train station. It was ace. I then entered the hotel and it was really bright and colourful. There were lights on the stairs that made it look...

"The hotel is nice. Lovely people at the reception. They were very helpful when I was ill and could help me to seek help. The room was also nice. The only thing I would complain about would be that the window couldn’t close completely so the wind would make whistle sounds all the time. I sorted that out by pushing the other window a bit to the side. The bed was really comfortable to sleep in. The duvet covers are waaaay too big and I got tangled in them during the night which was super annoying....
