The apartment is located on the first floor of a well-maintained house with a total of five rental units. Through a separate entrance, you reach the spacious living and dining area with a cosy seating corner, SAT-TV and dining table. The well-equipped kitchen features a refrigerator, freezer compartment, electric cooker, oven, microwave, kettle as well as crockery and cooking utensils – perfect for self-caterers. Two comfortable bedrooms with double beds offer sufficient space and storage. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, washbasin, WC and window.



A highlight of the accommodation is the covered terrace with a magnificent sea view – the ideal place to start the morning with a cup of coffee or enjoy the sunset over the Adriatic.



The additional equipment includes WiFi, air conditioning (for a fee), bed linen and towels. A baby bed can be provided upon request. Pets and smoking are not permitted. A parking space is available directly at the house for your vehicle.



The location is quiet, yet central: The town centre and restaurants are approximately 300 metres away, and the nearest supermarket is just 200 metres distant. An ATM, doctor, pharmacy, and a petrol station are also nearby.



In the surrounding area, you can expect a variety of leisure activities.
