In summer: hiking or mountain biking (starting from the apartment), water sports at Lac des Rousses (5 minutes away), tree-top adventure courses, via ferrata, commando games (Fort des Rousses), visits to Haut-Jura museums (Les Mondes Polaires, La Boissellerie, the cellars of Fort des Rousses...), the zoo (La Garenne—Switzerland, Parc Polaire—Doubs), golf courses, summer tobogganing, and zip-lining at La Faucille (10 min), swimming pool and wellness center at Le Sentier (Switzerland), visits to the lakes of the Haut-Jura and the Hérisson and Langouette waterfalls

... In winter, you can explore France’s largest cross-country skiing area; the apartment is located along the GTJ (Grande Traversée du Jura) trail. Activities include dog sledding, downhill skiing, snowshoeing, sledding, and ice skating on frozen lakes or at the Premanon ice rink.
A small tourist train departs from the border (La Cure, 5 km away) and travels to Nyon (Switzerland) near Lake Geneva.
