In order to access the building it is necessary to register with the following information:

- Names of each guest

- ID number of each guest (Passport#, Drivers License#, etc.)

- Estimated time of arrival

- For security reasons and compliance with accommodation regulations, we kindly request that, prior to your arrival, you send us a clear photograph of the identity document (ID card or passport) of each guest who will be staying at the property.

Visits are not allowed and the indicated capacity must not be exceeded.



- The building does not have a front desk, so access is provided through a self check-in process.

- To ensure a smooth and quick arrival, guests must complete the identity verification process in advance in order to receive the access instructions.

- If the verification is not completed beforehand, check-in may take an additional 5 to 15 minutes while the information is being validated.

- We recommend completing the verification 24–48 hours before arrival to avoid waiting at the entrance and enjoy a more convenient check-in experience.
