"Very nice hotel and excellent value for money. Stand was the service - front desk, cleaning, restaurant all so very helpful and spoke enough English to help me. We had a balcony room, which was a good space - not cramped, and also a good feel. Nice shower good air cond, and felt safe - also fairly quiet. Location was good - plenty of food and coffee options incl markets near and a ten minute walk up to the gardens. The only small criticism is the towels are getting a bit old but still work...

"The hotel was outdated. The sheets and blankets were dirty and the pillow cases weren't so clean either. The staff were friendly but that's about it. The breakfast was disappointing and very limited. You can hear the traffic outside even with windows closed and it was hard to get a nights sleep. The refrigerator in the room did not work at all. Not a great place to sleep even for one night. Terrible. "

"Excellent service and a beautiful hotel. Good location, close to the Botanical Garden and a 5 minute walk to the mall. Great staff that fixed everything you asked for. Nice bar area with excellent food and drinks at a reasonable price. The only complain that I had was at the breakfast were the juice machine made some undrinkable juice.

"Saya pesan kamar non smoking, tp kondisi kamar bau rokok banget, akhirnya minta pindah kamar. Di kamar kedua awalnya tidak bau rokok, tp begitu AC dinyalakan, bau rokok mulai menyengat kembali, sampe akhirnya kami keluar hotel utk dapat udara segar. Sepulang kembali hotel akhirnya kami minta ganti kamar kembali, dan kali ini tidak bau rokok, tetapi bau apek seperti kamar yang jarang dipake, apalagi kamar mandinya. Karena kondisi sudah terlalu malam, dan anak2 sudah mengantuk, akhirnya saya...

"Das Standart für 27 CHF war sehr preiswert. Keine grosse Ausstattung. Das Hotel ist in einer Seitenstrasse und daher hat man kaum Lärm von der Strasse. Die Zimmer sind ein wenig ringhörig, deshalb empfehle ich Oropax mitzunehmen. Das Frühstück könnte besser sein. Das Zimmer war Sauber und die Sanitären Anlagen haben einwandfrei funktioniert. Ich werde dieses Hotel wieder besuchen, wenn ich nach Bogor gehe."
