Apart from a horrible check-in process lasting 45 minutes and another 45 minutes to get wifi- access we were quite happy with our stay. Generally, the personnel was very friendly and service-minded. Hotel facilities are excellent.

The worst place I’ve ever been in my live, we had to call the police on the staff for the treatments we got. Our check in and check out was a nightmare. Ruined our entire vacation.

Lovely pool, comfortable bed. Disappointing customer service and disabled access and facilities, even though I contacted the hotel in advance. Seaview room, view obstructed by another property being built. Overpriced.

Beautiful Hotel . Beautiful view of the ocean and the city. Fantastic pools and spa. Great staff. A bit far from the downtown area where action is. You need to take taxis .

A very nice modern design hotel. Hilltop location, quiet with superb views. Friendly helpful staff. Superb gym and spa facilities at no extra cost. The building is showing signs of age in places, in need of some restoration.

Great service and details
It was a very pleasant stay. The resort is peaceful and perfect for relaxation. Everything was so clean. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Various pools and all of them are very clean. Breakfast is very good. The whole experience was lovely. I would stay there again and highly recommend it.

Spring holiday
Great location just a short walk (25 mins) from the marina and seafront. Amazing pool areas and staff are really helpful/attentive. Self service for breakfast would of been better rather than being served...the honey on the comb was delicious.

Beautiful hotel, bad client experience
Beautiful suite, great views of the sea and Bodrum. Good breakfast. Spacious gym, several beautiful hammam rooms. Friendly people and great service at the bar and restaurant. Reception personell is a big problem of this hotel. Unprofessional and don't give a thing about guests experience. Cleaning was a problem until we escalated to mgt. Heated pool wasn't heated.

Location: Excellent, nice view of Bodrum. Hotel: Nice property, looks like new. There was an ad about starbucks opening soon. Room: We stayed on panoramic suite, and it was excellent Hotel amenities: Some restaurants were closed. Spa was good. Cleaning was good as well. Service: Service staff is very attentive, and trying to do their best. There was not much guests during our stay though. Do not ever attempt to bargain on anything with the lady on the reception. She is though. Food: I think food is the weakest part of the hotel. It was not much tasty according to all in our party. Breakfast is below the bar on turkish standards, but still over the bar on US standards. At some point hotel was out of potatoes, and i think this explains how well they were prepared for food service. Overall, we enjoyed our stay on this hotel, and I would recommend it, although food service needs some improvement.

Good stay but could have been great... so close
The property is bauetiful but beware of the neighboring hotel under construction that could block your view. There were a few items that would enhanced the stay you thought an above average hotel would offer or be sensitive too - service was slow to react but got better over our five night stay. No shuttle service to the city but it's also an easy 20min walk downhill but not recommended for kids. Taxi service is cheap and reliable, Exchange rate was three points better in town and the ocen view room was great but no snacks or water as advertised but maybe due to COVID prorocols. WIFI was adequate foe work. Overall good value and one of the nicer properties.
