"A wonderfully historic house with an equally wonderful garden, location and views. So very peaceful. Only a quick drive to Launceston for provisions. Everyone said their beds were comfortable. Lots of games for the garden and indoor board games for family fun. It was hard to drag ourselves away to go enjoy all the fun things to do in the area. The owner provided a very comprehensive list."

"Had a fab stay in bungalow 69 Great location for our holiday plans We went out of school term so it was very quiet too... Very compact inside but it had everything we needed We didnt use the passes that were there or facilities for Hengar manor but a nice option if needed Only improving thing i would suggest is the bungalow number "69" is moved to a more prominent position as its tucked away high and not easy to see above a hugh bush too .. We loved our stay ❤️ Ty paula"

"Our group stayed in this wonderful apartment, a short walk away from a terrific pub and community shop. Our hosts were welcoming, and ensured out stay was fantastic. Nearby were a number of walks suitable for the novice to the experienced. We would be delighted to stay again!"

"Beautiful Cornish cottage, photo's are true to the accommodation. Clean and furnished nicely. Beds and furniture were in good condition and were comfy, was a pleasure to come home and relax in. Needs a washing machine and dryer though. Also there was a bad smell of damp which I think was due to how much rain Cornwall has had over the last 2 months, but it didn't ruin our stay. During summer it probably wouldn't be noticable. Host was great and provided a beautiful welcome hamper."

Situation in Lostwithiel in easy reach of Eden Project, beaches and gardens to explore, we had plenty to do. Glenn provided great information on the cottage and what we'd find there. One of the reasons we had booked was the availability of internet as our son in law needs access for his business. We had no point of contact to get internet back up. He had to spend every day sat outside the bar working."

"We had such a great time at Bailiff's Cottage! It was exactly what we wanted for our stay in Cornwall. Fantastic location in the countryside right next to a livestock farm which gave our stay a lovely touch. It was great preparing our meals watching grazing animals right outside the kitchen window! Clean air, noise absence and the beautiful colors of the countryside did the rest! The cottage was perfect for the 5 of us and the garden was a bonus to our border collie who loved playing there with...

"We stayed for 5 nights and were very happy with the ‘upside down’ accommodation, the very comfortable lounge being upstairs. Good size bedroom with en suite and dressing area. Comfy bed ! . Easy access to the coast."

"We wanted to stay in St Teath so this house was perfect. It's a great village with a lively pub serving good food. The house was spacious, light and airy. Lovely bedrooms which were all a decent size and the master was enormous. It is bigger than the photos show. We didn't use the garden much due to the time of year but it is a good size with lovely views. Easy parking. Highly recommended, we will visit again."

"This is a lovely house very well thought out with lots of space and rooms. It is beginning to look a little tired in places especially the veranda and sliding doors, the main family bath and wet room, In general just needs a refresh. Location is excellent just far enough out of the holiday hotspots to be relaxing but easy to get to so many beaches etc."

"A beautiful little cottage, which was really well equipped, we had everything we could need, especially as the weather wasn’t kind ! A lovely hamper to greet us with homemade DELICIOUS jam; and even treats for our dogs… Lesley and James are close by should you need anything & they even helped us out with a pot of sugar that we’d forgotten… Polperro is a MUST visit nearby, beautiful little fishing village with some lovely shops and restaurants…. Bodmin prison also worth a visit our friends...
