When you stay at Pelican’s Rest, you're covered for any accidents that might happen up to $3,000. The $42 charge listed as an "administrative fee" on your quote covers your purchase of $3,000 of "all risk" damage protection coverage on your rental property. This protection is purchased in lieu of a security deposit. Coverage details are spelled out in the rental agreement.
