"If you are staying in La Fortuna, I cannot imagine a better option. We used it as a home base for all the usual activities in the area. For meals, we could cook right there (the Super Rosvil market is a short walk away) or we could go out to eat - there's Mario's place on the next corner for easy food, or an easy walk to downtown for lots of other options). "The pool, beds and space on the property are excellent. The kitchen is small but functional although missing some common amenities (i.e. dish towels). You can tell and appreciate that the construction is new and in relatively solid shape. There were a few items where the quality of the craftmanship was less than ideal.
