Breakfast is also really nice with omelette station and waffles and then a nice buffet of various fruit and Costa Rican dishes. The only downer was that the WiFi in our cabin didn’t work well and the floor boards creaked a lot which was a bit much during the night. But wouldn’t stop me from recommending staying here. "

"This hotel was absolutely fantastic, one of the best I have ever been too. The room was beautiful, exactly as pictured. We loved not just the in deck hot tub, but the pools as well and the 98 degree pool bar. Pools are open 24 hours and are very warm, so even in the rain it was amazing. The chocolate cake at the bakery was sublime. The staff was absolutely fantastic. We had an amazing time and would definitely recommend to anyone wanting an absolutely 5* experience."

"Nice family owned hotel with good facilities. Good pool area and restaurants prices are good. Breakfast is quite boring, three courses to choose from. Rooms are very basic, a bit worn down. The surroundings are nice, the garden very green and has view to the volcano. Service in the reception was excellent, wonderful female receptionist. "
